GIRVAS for Karelian Business: Partnership with the My Business Center

Petrozavodsk, July 31, 2025 — Karelian Developer completed a series of strategic negotiations with key institutions supporting entrepreneurship in the Republic of Karelia. The GIRVAS content management system (https://cms-girvas.ru/) received an expert assessment from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelia and developed a roadmap for cooperation with the My Business Center.

Participants: Acting Minister A.V. Lomako, Head of the Department for Innovative and Production Activities of PetrSU A.S. Shtykov, Head of Karelian Developer A.R. Shestakov.

Key Results:

Positive expert assessment of the system"s functionality. A.V. Lomako noted: "Development, which has been ongoing free of charge since 2021 and is included in the Register of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation (No. 25012 dated November 27, 2024), demonstrates significant potential for the regional IT sector."
A.S. Shtykov
justified the implementation strategy: "Business focus on free use of GIRVAS will allow us to expand our user base, conduct load testing in real-world conditions, and clearly demonstrate the capabilities of the Karelian software."
The Ministry proposed a detailed action plan for scaling the system and attracting users.

An official recommendation was made to connect the developer to the My Business Center to inform the business community.

confirmed its readiness to accept Karelian Developer"s application for participation in the upcoming partner selection process immediately after its official announcement.
E.N. Klimchuk proposed: "The company"s head will speak at one of our small business events presenting GIRVAS capabilities."

The terms of long-term cooperation were outlined: if entrepreneurs confirm interest, company representatives will be invited on a regular, paid basis.

Discussion was initiated regarding the Center"s possible co-financing of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the system among the target audience.
